After lot of rumors and leaks, finally Motorola Edge 70 is surfacing online and it look really exciting for smartphone lovers. This phone is successor of Motorola Edge 60 and it seems like Motorola is trying to make this phone more sleek, powerful and premium in every way. Design and Display
Motorola Edge 70 comes with 6.67-inch 1.5K OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate which is very smooth for scrolling, gaming and video watching. The screen supports 10-bit colors and can goes up to 4500 nits peak brightness. Gorilla Glass 7i protects it from scratches but still feel premium in hand.
The phone is super slim, just 6mm compare to 8.25mm of Edge 60, and weighs only 170g, so its very light. Motorola bring Bronze Green, Pantone Gadget Gray and Lily Pad colors which looks really modern and stylish.
Performance
Under the hood, it powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 with Adreno 722 GPU. RAM options are 8GB and 12GB with storage 256GB or 512GB. Running on Android 16, it should be smooth for daily tasks, gaming and multitasking. Qualcomm 4nm chip is power efficient so battery should last decent time even with slim body.
Camera Setup
Camera wise Motorola not disappoint. You get:

Battery smaller than Edge 60 5500mAh but thanks to efficient Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, it should be okay for most users.
Durability
If you worry about water or dust, Motorola Edge 70 keep IP68 + IP69 rating for water and dust resistance. Also certified MIL-STD-810H means military grade durability, so you can drop it or use rough without too much stress.

Release Date
Motorola will launch Edge 70 in Europe on November 5th, 2025. In China it will come as moto X70 Air later in October. So if you living in Europe you can get it soon.
